Best Available Rate Guarantee

At the Amalfi Hotel Chicago, we guarantee that our website will offer the lowest publicly available rate at the time of booking.  If you find a lower rate on another travel website, please contact us and we will match the lower rate and provide a complimentary upgrade based on availability.

Terms & Conditions:

• The rate must be publicly available, viewable and bookable on the website and we must be able to verify the rate.
• The lower rate must be for the same type of accommodations, for the same number of beds and for the same dates with the same restrictions.
• This offer does not apply to rates found on opaque websites such as Priceline.com or rooms sold as part of a travel package.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation penalty of one night room & tax.  Certain special event dates and group or convention reservations may have additional cancellation restrictions which will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Check-In/Check-Out

Our check-in time is scheduled for 3pm.  If you will be arriving before 3pm, we are happy to accommodate an early check-in if we have a room ready.  If we are unable to accommodate an early check-in request, we do offer complimentary luggage storage until your room is available.  Our check-out time is scheduled for 12pm.  If you would like to request a later check-out, please make arrangements with your Experience Designer at check-in.

Pet Friendly

The Amalfi Hotel Chicago is a pet friendly hotel.  We never charge a fee for your four-legged friend to stay with us in your space!  We offer doggie beds and doggie bowls for use while you and your pet stay with us.  Our Experience Designers will have a gift bag with doggie treats waiting for your pet upon arrival.  Please contact an Experience Designer to arrange for pet walking or pet sitting services and for recommendations for pet grooming and pet spa services.

Parking

The Amalfi Hotel Chicago offers Valet Parking services for $39.00 per night.  Your vehicle will be parked in a secure, covered parking ramp and you will have unlimited in-and-out access to your vehicle at no additional charge.  If you prefer to park your own vehicle, there are several self-parking lots nearby.  Rate range from $26.00-$32.00 for a 24-hour period with no in-and-out privileges.  Self-parking lots are not affiliated with the hotel and the rates are subject to change without prior notice.
